- Annual MEAL audits will assess performance against indicators.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:
- Representation and participation of youth, women, and PWDs.
- Beneficiary satisfaction and accountability metrics.
- Project outcome and impact achievements.
- Independent evaluations may be commissioned to enhance credibility.
- Breaches of MEAL standards, including data falsification or exclusion of vulnerable groups, will attract disciplinary or legal measures.
7. Acknowledgment
As members and stakeholders of Cardinal Youth Association (CYA), including youth, women, and persons with disabilities (PWDs), we acknowledge that we have read and understood the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Policy. We commit to upholding its principles throughout our involvement with the organization and recognize that breaches may result in disciplinary measures or legal consequences.
