Cardinal Youth Association (CYA) is a legally recognized, community-based organization headquartered in Mombasa, Kenya. CYA is dedicated to transforming communities by empowering youth, women, and persons with disabilities (PWDs) through targeted, inclusive programs in civic education, environmental sustainability, social justice, leadership development, and democratic participation.
