Date: Saturday, 11th October 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Event
Join the Mombasa Hope for Cerebral Palsy Self Help Group — a registered community under the Cardinal Youth Association — as we celebrate World Cerebral Palsy Day with a special event dedicated to children with cerebral palsy and their families.
This day is all about raising awareness, reducing stigma, and fostering inclusion through meaningful activities and support for families who face daily challenges.
What to Expect
- Support for Families: Distribution of diapers, therapies, and essential supplies to 50 families for one month.
- Public Awareness Sessions: Educating the community to promote understanding and acceptance.
- Family Fun Day: Games, activities, and outings for children with special needs and their siblings — a day of joy beyond therapy and home routines.
How You Can Help
We are calling on well-wishers and partners to support us with donations of:
- Diapers (assorted sizes for 45 children for one month)
- Essential Drugs (including Epillim, Kepra, Rivortil, Phenobarbital, Baclofen, and other anticonvulsants)
- Feeding Tubes (for one month’s use)
Your contribution will bring hope, relief, and a sense of belonging to these brave children and their caregivers.
